Founded in 1910, Bowling Green State University is a public university. The university has two campuses namely the Main Campus and Fairlands Campus, totaling 1032 acres and 107 buildings. But, in total, there are more than 116 buildings of the university which constitutes to 1338-acre campus. The university offers more than 200 undergraduate majors and graduate-level and online programs.

To obtain a visa to study at Bowling Green State University, Indian students will need to obtain Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status) issued by the university. They will also need a passport, one photograph, transcripts of the institutes attended, evidence of English proficiency, like test scores of TOEFL or IELTS, and bank statements showing enough funds to pay for tuition fees and living costs in the U.S. All the documents should be original and in the English language or along with the official English translation.

  • BG Success Scholarship is available to all international freshman students. As per this scholarship, the amount will be equal to one-half of the non-resident fee (Currently rated USD 4,000) per academic year. It is renewable for 4 years with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
