RNSIT has a much larger campus than BNMIT. It is preferable to choose a college that is close to where you live to save time on travel. The most crucial part is placements, and reviews and preferences are majorly given to RNSIT. If you maintain a decent average throughout, you will undoubtedly be placed in a reputable organization.
