To get into a B.Tech programme at Delhi University by giving CUET exam, the basic eligibility criteria is:

- Pass Class 12 from a recognised board.
- Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (or a minimum score of 24 in an IB Diploma).

Tripura University's B.Tech programme accepts students based on their scores in the Tripura University Entrance Test (TUET), JEE (Main), TBJEE, or other state or national level engineering entrance tests. The application form is available online at the university website. Applicants must have completed 12 years of formal schooling and have aggregate marks of 45% or higher in Class XII (or its equivalent) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English as subjects. For ST/SC/OBC candidates, the minimum aggregate marks is 40%. Students who are awaiting final examination results can also apply.
