The entrance exams that are considered for admission to engineering courses are

1. TNEA
2. Tamilnadu 12th
3.  CBSE 12th 

The student must have a minimum of 45% aggregate in CBSE 12th or in Tamilnadu 12th to get admission in B.Tech at this institute.The cutoff information for TNEA exam is not issued yet by the institute.

The student must have at a minimum of 45% aggregate in 10+2.

Step 1: NIE Mysore BE Application Process 2024

Candidates can apply online for BE admission. To apply for CET, candidates need to apply online for KCET. Check out the KCET application form.

For admission through COMEDK-UGET, candidates need to fill out the COMEDK-UGET application form.

Candidates need to apply on the official website of NIE Mysore for Management Quota.

Candidates should apply to the Secretary, NIE-Managing Committee with their credentials for Sports Quota. Their application should be signed and endorsed by their parents.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

The selection to BE course will be based entrance exam score. The entrance exam accepted are COMEDK-UGET, KCET or JEE Main.

Step 3: Cutoff

As per the cutoff rank of the candidate, he or she can register for counselling. The institute might release a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates.

Step 4: Counselling & Admission Confirmation

Once the selection rounds are over, candidates must come with the specified documents for verification. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their cutoff ranks. Selected aspirants must pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.
