Hello Nishar Ahmed, Charotar university follows the pattern of the rules set by the government of Gujarat for admission purposes. Students have to register themselves on the portal of what is called as Admission Committee for Professional Courses or ACPC. 100% of the seats in government colleges are filled by ACPC,  while only 50% seats are filled  in private colleges through this process. As this is a private University, students have to apply directly to the university for 50% of the seats available for admission. Hello Nishar Ahmed, Charotar University located at Anand in Gujarat formed in the year 1995. University obtained Grade A+ acredition from NAAC in 2016. Coming to your present query no JEE Mains is not a mandatory to seek admission in engineering undergraduate courses for this you may also do what is called as GUJCET. Of course the ranking obtained in JEE Mains is also acceptable for admissions in different engineering streams.

MAKAUT offers admission MBA course based on CAT scores through the affiliated colleges. The top affiliated colleges for MBA are Camellia School of Business Management, AIM, Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions, Budge Institute of Technology and GIMT. As per the last year's cutoff MAKAUT CAT cutoff 2022, the overall CAT Percentile required for Camellia School of Business Management was 80, whereas for AIM, Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions, Budge Institute of Technology and GIMT, the required CAT percentile was 25. During Sardar Patel Institute of Technology MHT CET cutoff 2023,  B.Tech. in Computer Engineering can be considered as the most competitive specialisation, followed by B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering for the Home-State Quota. Going as per the last three year data, candidates can expect MHT CET Round 1 cutoff 2024 for B.Tech. in Computer Engineering to range between 97.43 Percentile and 98.21 Percentile, whereas for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, it must range around 97.7 Percentile. The candidates can secure a seat in any government engineering college by appearing for the JEE exam. Candidates should have done 10+2 with PCM. The seats are given based on the score of the JEE. Candidates after taking the JEE Exam need to check the merit list of the college and after clearing the exam the candidates are eligible for counselling. SGBAU College has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to PKDV. The SGBAU also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to PKDV College. SGBAU College is ranked 7 out of 10 while PKDV College is ranked 6.6 out of 10. The placement records and the placement rate of PKDV are more than that of SGBAU. There are a large number of companies that visit PKDV as compared to SGBAU colleges. The highest Package offered by PKDV for B.Tech is about 18 LPA and the average Package offered by PKDV is nearly 12 LPA. The highest package offered for B.Tech by SGBAU is nearly 6 LPA and the average package offered by SRM is 3.3 LPA.
