Hi, as NIT Warangal is a well established university compared to IIT-Bhubaneswar it has an upper hand in placements. But if you're looking for better resources, facilities, atmosphere and faculty, you should go for IIT.

I'm currently a student of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune. Therefore, my answer focuses on the facts about my college. One can see the best placement scenario in my college for computer engineering with a sound package. I personally think that college infrastructure does not matter. It can be ignored on the expense of good quality faculty/staff. Moreover, you can get Honours courses, many workshops and other courses that will help improve your employability. Computer engineering department gets the highest package many times of around 25 LPA+. Average package is around 5 to 6 LPA. Definitely, it is a very good college to get
