Equivalence of course between the two different universities if you wish to change college which is in the different university. Willingness of your present college to allow you to leave. This is very interesting since many private colleges simply refuse to take any action since they fear losing of the income if a student leaves their college. As you can SEE there are so many hurdles even within India you can imagine the hassles if you have to migrate to any university or institution in a different country altogether.
