Hello,
This is the minimum eligibility required:-
Candidates who have completed Bachelor's degree in Finance or an equivalent Bachelor's degree with 50% of marks from a recognized university are eligible for PG Diploma in Finance course. Candidates who have completed their 3 years Diploma course in any stream from a recognized board are eligible for this course. Thank you.

Both the US and Canada are very good destinations to pursue Masters, but there are few significant differences. The cost of living is also lesser in Canada, then compared to thus. However, you can earn 30 40% in thus. Getting a PR is a bit easier in Canada while in the US it is a slightly lengthier process. Good luck.
