You might get admission, but visa issues might crop up. I would suggest you re attempt IELTS.

After BA course in Canada, you would have a stay back period of 3 years. You could use that to work full time.

Yes, the gap is not any problem. Masters can be done at any age. But, your work experience is not sufficient then it can create a problem.

University of Saskatchewan and memorial University, Newfoundland would be good choices. But, competition is still very high in Canadian universities.
