No, the salary structure not solely depends on if you are Ph.D or not, because Senior Scientists and Junior Scientists both are Ph.D holders. The salary structure depends upon other factors too like; your Organization, your Research field (area of expertise), your industrial experience, most importantly your patents or IPs, how successful your thesis was, the scalability or potentialities in that sector. Sana, these are some of the board aspects that determines your salary. Also factors like your University, your academic profile, your extracurricular (like Olympiads or other competition). Hope this helps. Up vote the answer, if you

Hi,
Shiksha's study abroad services are 100% online where counselors and students do not meet face to face.
However, we have a UK event on 2nd June, Sunday from 12:00-5:00 pm in A-88 sector 2 office (near Sector 15 metro station). Around, 6-7 UK universities will also be present. You may visit the event and meet our counsellors.
Further, to avail our counselling services, all you need to do is book a free profile evaluation call here
https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/apply. To be eligible however you must have at least one study abroad test score such as IELTS or TOEFL, GMAT SAT etc. You may also call our Student Helpline number 011-4046-9
