The cheapest university in canada is the universities' saint-anne with a tuition fee of $8820. Memorial university is another very cheap university with a tuition fee of $8800.

Conestoga is eligible for 6 band in Canada but I suggest you to reaper for IELTS and get 6.5 bands it will be helpful for your study because now the rules are changed.

Firstly, you have to prepare for IELTS examination with 6.5 band score and then apply for commerce related course such as BBA and any Bachelor degree related with commerce.

Criteria for Canada is minimum 6.5 bands over all and not less than 5.5 in any of the individual. So, I suggest you to reappear for the exam and work hard.

With this score, you can get through Australia University. But, there are some university, which has requirement for 6.5 with no band less than 6 in each section of IELTS. Canada would be a bit tough with score.

PR of Canada is based on point system. Higher the education more points you can get. So, it takes some time. Your work experience points are also added for the PR process.
