You can apply for Canada colleges, they accept 15 years of education and pursue a graduate certificate course. But you should have an extremely good academic aggregate to enter into Canadian colleges. After that, getting a PR in Canada is very easy.

No, Canadian Universities accept IELTS scores for MBA. To get admission for MBA, you need to appear for GMAT, and if you want to get into IT, your GRE is recommended besides IELTS.

Hi Varinder,
You can work part time, its allowed. MBA admissions are competitive, candidates must usually have work experience and a GMAT score. You can check PG Diploma options. Cost of study varies, say around US$30,000 to 50,000 a year. Australia is more expensive.

You must apply after you have completed your studies. Many universities will allow you to apply only after you have the final transcripts.

Hi Rajesh,
First, start researching on different universities, what their eligibility criteria is, how much marks they seek, how much IELTS score is required, deadlines, fees, scholarships etc. Most of them require 75% and above in class 12th. Everything is mentioned on university websites, you can also email them for inquiries. There are many universities in Canada and it is difficult to name just one. You can look up the NET. Simon Fraser University, McMaster University, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo are some of the famous ones. Normally, international students will not be allowed to do certificate programs. If you do two year study in Canada, you will be allowed to stay back for three years. If you do one year programme, you will be allowed to stay back for one year only. During this period, you should get a relevant job and then get two year of work permit. And after that, you can apply for PR.

BDS is a clinical programme. When you go to Canada or UK or any country. First, you have to register your selves in the dental council of that country and then only you will get admission in any Masters programme. IELTS 7 Band in all components is one of the criteria for registration. You can for any non clinical programme and while doing this programme you can prepare yourselves do the dental council registration and then you can do your Masters.
