Kamal ji, It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest. If you want to go to management then you must go for BBA. There are ample of career opportunities after BBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. Solanki, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. You need IELTS academic 7 band in all components to register yourselves in the nursing council. Hence, if you have this IELTS score then you can apply for 1 year top up programme for Nursing. In other words, this will be final year of B.Sc. Nursing which will lead you to do registration in the nursing council to work as Staff nurse.

Canada has a point system, known as CRS score. Based on that point system we can calculate our points and check our eligibility. Prabhjot you must have at least 440 points to get selected. CRS score is based on
1. Age
2. Work Experience (it has to be continuous for at least one year)
3. IELTS score (7778)
4. Job Offer
5. Marital status
6. Sponsorship etc.

University of Toronto is the best university for Masters in Computer Science in Canada. This university also provides teaching assistantships to the students. So, go for it.

Yes, any degree which is recommended by AICTE, or have certification from AICTE is valid for higher education in Canada.
