Hi,
If you have completed M.Sc in India, there is a minimal chance that you will be accepted into another M.Sc programme in Canada. Some work experience can help you so first get a job or apply for Ph.D.

TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years after the test date and there is no limit to the number of times you can take the test, but you cannot take it more than once in a 12-day period. If you appeared for the test in 2016, I do not think that the score will be valid in 2019, as it has passed the 2-year validity mark. Regards.

Hi Anuj,
For Bachelor's degree, fee can range from C$10000 to C$30000 a year. You will find colleges having fee ranges less or more than the above range. It varies. You must also consider around 10,000 for living expenses every year.

Hi Rohan Nain, You can but limited universities will be available since you have a three-year degree course. You have to write to the universities personally, email them and find out. Visit the websites and read the FAQ section carefully and email them. Some may accept you after a WES evaluation. Once they confirm, you can apply and for that you have to take the GRE, TOEFL, etc.

Hi Neerali, I will suggest Canada but this will depend on different perspectives of people. Since Canada has a big gaming and animation industry, scope for apps and games is huge. You can also try Ireland but it is very competitive. Check the SOL of Canada and Australia and which the professions in demand.
