Hi Uday,
Ideally, you can if you have met the other requirements like sufficient academic grades, good IELTS scores, etc. As far as the gap is concerned this will also depend on the nature of the gap, how valid and genuine it is. If it was work experience, it won't be considered as a gap. Now, you need to check with the universities for the specific requirements, GRE is not mandatory for all universities in Canada, so accordingly check on university websites and email them.

Hi Deepesh,
This will depend on your academic profile, budget, university admission requirements and so on. You must first check these aspects, match your profile with the university requirements and then narrow down your choice.

Hi Nima, you can apply, but universities will check why you took the gap and you have to justify the same very nicely. If you had or have work experience its good for your profile. Also, you must take the SAT and TOEFL to pursue Bachelor's degree in USA. Write to some universities in USA and check with them directly. They are very responsive and will guide you.

Hi Poulami,
Yes, you can do MBA. MBA will be better since you have experience, and also because you hold a. M.Sc degree. But, for that you must take GMAT or GRE and also IELTS or TOEFL. Overall, you have a good profile, so give your best shot. Check university's websites for admission requirements and prepare. Your personal statement will be the most important, you have to prepare it very wisely and state all your career plans and motivation to study now.

Dear,
As IGNOU is a central university and recognized by UGC, its Bachelor's degree is equivalent to other UGC recognized B.Scc degrees with the same combination. You just need to check whether three years Bachelor's degree is validated by their university or not. I answered this from my common sense without having any first hand information.
Best wishes.

Yes, you can. However, you need to have some extraordinary profile. You need to have good work experience or internship experience or some good projects etc. to mention in your resume. You need to have good letters of recommendation as well and need to work really well on your Statement of Purpose.

Canada sounds like a good option. However, you must explore some opportunities in the US as well. Have you already shortlisted some colleges for your Master's degree?
