Hello Happy,
Yes, you can reapply. Do your homework well and don't repeat mistakes due to which your application was refused earlier.

Hello Niraj,
A PTE score alone will not help you gain admission or obtain visa. Every program or college for that matter has different admission requirements, I would rather suggest you take IELTS over PTE. Score requirements will depend on your program level.

Hello Ganesh,
Every country has its pros and cons and also it depend on what exactly you are planning to study and where you want to settle. Australia is slightly expensive than Canada and you have to complete two academic years to gain the work permit which is overlooked by many. Canada on the other hand is very selective and if you don't have high academic grades chances to study in Canada is less. In terms of acceptance rates Australia has more options.

Hi Ajay,
Depends on which tier program you want to do. Any top ranked program will want work experience. But there are decent average ranked universities accepting freshers.

It varies from place to place. In Vancouver, if you live in a shared house it will be minimum 540 CAD and if you rent a full apartment it'll cost 1100 CAD minimum. If you live closer to Downtown (the city center) it'll cost you more.

Yes, you can. You need to check on the admission process at the college in Canada / UK and apply for it. You may be required to appear for some tests as well.
