Logistics and supply chain is used in every sector even in civil engineering. You can find its application I construction and civil engineering and relate to it accordingly while applying to colleges. Ask yourself why you want to study supply chain management, a good justification has to be made. If you are confident and you have a good profile you will surely be considered.

This may not the case always. MS programs are highly competitive and you have to first check with the universities if lateral entry will be possible. Don't listen to all agents blindly, they will get you admitted for their commission but once you get there you will be left to yourself alone. So always do proper homework. Write to the colleges too where you plan to do your PG Diploma and ask them if lateral entries are possible after completion. MS are highly research oriented programs.

Unfortunately your academic scores are not fit for Canadian universities. Also, you need to check directly with the universities wherever you apply.

Either one can be done which will depend completely on your interest. MBA is ideal if you are opting for a managerial career. But most MBA programs do not admit freshers and work experience is compulsory. MS is research oriented, if you want a research or academic career in your discipline. Admission in MS is also very competitive.
