He /she can get a seat in Canada. Generally, universities does not allow more than 3 backlogs. You can try in colleges in Canada. And, it depends on other factors to like presentations, % criteria, presentations, sport certification, paper published, work experience if any, your other interests are also counted to get a seat.

That's not the right question. The best branch of engineering depends on your passions, interests and natural talents. Try to find out your own passions rather than trying to find the best engineering in Canada. Read about the different branches, majors etc. Some of the top engineering colleges in Canada are: University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, McGill University, etc.

Hi, complete your 12th with equally good grades like in 10th, take the IELTS and start applying. If you have a good profile you can expect scholarships from the universities or take an education loan from an Indian bank.

Hi,
Universities may consider the IELTS score if you have a good academic profile. Here, it is important to see what your academic percentile is. Also very important that you check with the universities .

Hi,
There is no MCA degree abroad, this is awarded by Indian universities only. You will find similar degrees which would be termed as MS or PG Diploma, etc. Canada is very competitive, good for you if you don't have backlogs. Higher ranked universities require at least 75%.
