As an international student, you can work part time. Its a provision provided by the government. What you want to study is your choice. Please decide what to study based on your interests and then select your college. If you have no idea what to do its high time you figure out the same before investing abroad.

The top universities in Canada are McGill University, University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, York University, University of Waterloo, University of Alberta to name a few. Very few universities offer PGDM. PGDM courses can be found in colleges like Fleming, Humber, Lambton, etc.

Since you hold MCA that is master degree applying for another master degree in Canada will be very difficult. What you should study among M.Tech and MS is something you have to decide now. Ask yourself, why do you want to pursue M.Tech or MS? Are you even eligible for M.Tech? No, you are not. It's an engineering degree so you cannot apply for an engineering course. If you want to do MS then you have to be highly academic since MS programs in Canada are very selective. Secure at least 75% to be eligible. Take your IELTS or TOEFL too. The minimum qualification is 10+2, but if you want to pursue Master's degree then you must be a Bachelor's degree holder.
