Hello Riki,
Both the countries have demand for mechanical engineers. You can narrow down your country choices based on university requirements, budget and climate. For more information on jobs check the SOL list. You will find the occupations in demand, you can select accordingly.

The University of Waterloo is the clear leader but the University of Toronto and University of British Columbia are also good.
Waterloo attracts the best students. The centre for Education at Waterloo runs several mathematics and computing contests for high school students that serve to identify the top talent in the country, which is used to field teams for international competitions (e.g. IMO), and allows Waterloo to target the very best with scholarship programs. Hello Vikrant,
Not too many universities in Canada accept international students into their medical programs. And, I don't think there is MBBS. You have to enroll into a bachelor degree program in biological sciences and complete the same with very good grades. That's not all. Post your bachelors, you must clear the medical college admissions test and only then seek entry to a medical school. Becoming a doctor in Canada is a long road. Check if you are eligible to study firstly. Visit university's website for the details. Fees is around $30,000 per year in Canadian dollars.

Hi Sohel,
Admission requirements depends from university to university. Since, you already hold a masters degree it will be very difficult to apply to a PG Diploma in the same field if you plan to study the same field again. It is important that you convince the universities about your decision to pursue higher studies and what your career plans are. Please check directly with the universities, decide what to study and check with them. There is no restriction to the learning provided your own goals are clear. Good luck.

Hi,
No universities abroad guarantee you jobs as they are working for education and not business. What they prepare you for is the latest tools and technology in the industry, Rest depends on you. If you enhance your skills during the course, you will get a job. With a branch like CSE, you need to be updated and innovative enough to be hired.
For PR, you may apply after job.
