Migration to any country is easy if you study there and then apply for a job and work visa. Getting a job from India won't be that easy to either of the countries. In order of easiness, Canada, Germany and then USA for PR. You may also consider Australia. The best way is to check their skill shor

Hi, a specific program will not give you a PR. You have to complete the course, get a job and prove your competency. A two year program is recommended for better prospects.
