Hi Kaumil, these universities have engineering management programmes -
University of Ottawa
University of Alberta
University of British Columbia
University of Waterloo
University of Ontario Institute of Technology
MEM degree has a wide scope and in a lot of areas and especially for students with an engineering background. But you still need to check the SOL of the country for current market trends.

You may opt for a Bachelor degree in Agriculture or a related field.Take your IELTS. Visit university websites for admission requirements and prepare accordingly. University of Guelph is well known for agriculture programs.

You have to clear the MCCEE held by the Medical Council of India. Admissions for international students into Canadian medical schools are not easy, you must also check university websites for admission details. Most of them do not accept international students.
