You have good IELTS score and good score in 12th.
Nurses are also in demand across the immigrant accepting western nations. You can choose to do 3 years Bachelor of Nursing degree in India, gain 3-4 years of quality and relevant work experience and then apply for immigration. You can later study for higher degrees/ search for job once you are PR. You may choose to specialize in psychiatric nursing too.
Or, you can opt to become a software engineer (do B.Tech/BE in CS from a top college/university.), bag a software programmer/engineer job in some big IT firm and do it for 3 years, prepare for IELTS and apply for Australia/ Canada immigration, get PR and then as PR (Permanent Resident) visa holder in Canada/Australia you can study Masters in top universities as a domestic student (much lower fees, govt. benefits, etc.) or directly search for a job there. IT/software professions are in very high demand across the world.
