Hi Sohel,
Admission requirements depends from university to university. Since, you already hold a masters degree it will be very difficult to apply to a PG Diploma in the same field if you plan to study the same field again. It is important that you convince the universities about your decision to pursue higher studies and what your career plans are. Please check directly with the universities, decide what to study and check with them. There is no restriction to the learning provided your own goals are clear. Good luck.

Yes, you can. Check CIC website for minor or school visa information. You should also check with the high schools directly. Surf the net for schools accepting international students in Canada.

Hi,
No universities abroad guarantee you jobs as they are working for education and not business. What they prepare you for is the latest tools and technology in the industry, Rest depends on you. If you enhance your skills during the course, you will get a job. With a branch like CSE, you need to be updated and innovative enough to be hired.
For PR, you may apply after job.

Hi,
Higher the percentage, better are the chances of admission. You also need IELTS, letters of recommendation and statement of purpose or essay to apply in any universities. For sciences, 80 to 85% is considered good.

Hi,
You need to check directly with the universities for your eligibility. Scholarships are obtainable and given on merit basis by the universities.
