Maths is not required to pursue MBBS. You must be academically strong and check universities accepting international students. Not many universities in Canada accepts foreign students for medical studies.

Every country has their own university ranking. So, you can check Times Higher Education or QS Ranking to see the university positions. But generally, some famous universities for computer Science are MIT, Georgia Tech, Imperial College London, NUS Singapore, RWTH AACHEN Germany and many more.

It completely depends on your major.
Canada is the first preference among students and also Australia is the common choice in past years, but still depends on your field and profile.
Most of the Canadian universities requires a strong academic profile for admission. Both countries are very attractive among students. Find the opportunities and demand of your concern field and then select one.

Why you want to study business administration Diploma is the most important question. If you can explain this to the university properly, then you can get admission. You must also meet admission requirements such as minimum 55% and IELTS of 6 with no part less than 5.5.
