There are few universities, which will accept you with this score. However, most of the top Canadian Universities will only accept your application, if you have amazing extra-curricular activities, work experience, recommendations or internships.

Hi,
You need to research about the various Diploma courses available related to your field. These could be in management or technical. Once you have done it, look at their requirements and start preparing accordingly. For management, GMAT is a good option along with IELTS or TOEFL.

Every university has its own admission requirement, hence, you should check the university website. In which year did you complete 12th?
And in which stream did you complete class 12th?
Was it regular?
What kind of work experience you have?
In case there are no gaps (gaps would mean that a student is sitting idle and not doing anything), then based on the answers to above questions, we can still have a chance. All we need is a very strong visa intent and a course which is relevant to tour work experience.
Please answer the questions. Maybe, there might be a way out.
Looking forward for a reply.
Thanks.
