Entry requirements differ from university to university. GRE may be required. Again, the requirements will depend on whether you are looking for a coursework based or research based MS. I will advice you to please visit university websites for specific requirements. You must have an good academic record overall and additionally you must take the IELTS or TOEFL.

Its an advanced diploma by Humber college. Most engineering programs are MS and PG Diploma programs are not available in engineering fields. You should check college websites for details. Check colleges in Australia and New Zealand, you might have better options. You can consider TAFE institutes in Australia.

It is not always possible. Normally, you cannot apply for a student visa from within Canada. You must also have a legal status in Canada if you want to apply for a work or a study permit while in visitor visa. Please check here:

Top universities in Canada include the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, York University, etc. Almost all of them require almost 70%. You can also check McMaster, Simon Fraser and Concordia University. Please check the university websites for admission criteria.

A PG in medicine from Canada is very tough. You need to have a high academic grades and also some universities do not admit international students. You must take IELTS too. You can check university websites for admission requirements. The process of application is online. You can look for PG courses in surgery, general health, health admission, public heath, etc.
