If you have worked in the firm and know about it, then you may mention it. It also depends on the course you want to pursue.

First of all, don't try to copy it from anywhere. Keep it simple. Spend some time to think, why you want to pursue a particular course? How is this course going to affect you? Add some of your strengths and weakness, if any. Also mention, what difference will the particular course make to your personality?

To make things clear, please note that universities don't grant visas. Any university can only grant you admission to a course you applied to. Student visas are granted by the Canadian Embassy and consulates, and admission to college and visa applications are two very different processes.
Sorry, Fraser international college is not under the SPP. However a similar named university, Fraser Valley University, is under SPP.

It will depend partly on your IELTS scores. If you manage to get 7+ overall bands, then you can apply to any top university under SPP. If you get less than 6.5 bands then you will have to go for non-SPP application.

All Canadian universities ask for minimum 60% percentage, counted as per Indian standards, for you to qualify for applying in Canada.

I suggest you to do your MS from India only with good grades and without any backlog. After good results, please try for foreign universities so that you will get good university to take you career up.

Bachelor's degree won't make a difference. You have enough scope in India especially in mechanical engineering.
