To complete your studies from Canada, you can go for online class like CMA (US), which can be completed within short period of time itself because than MBA, CMA (US) has more scope. For MBA, the fee is Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.6 lakhs, but for CMA it is lesser.

Only you can answer this question as you know how willing you are to work hard. MS is not the easiest course, it requires a lot of hard work, sacrifices and knowledge to pass the course. So you decide for yourself how would cope with the high pressure curriculum in a highly competitive classroom. So whether you pass MS or not, you are the best judge.

That totally depends on you and your skills. If you are great at your studies and professional practice then no one can deny you a job you deserve. No one can guarantee you jobs or predict the outcome after you finish your course. So this question doesn't have any right answer to it. It will all depend on your situation and efforts.
