Canada is one of the best places to study MBA and other Master's degree. You can also pursue graduation course from Canada. You require minimum 6 bands IELTS to study over there.

You need minimum 6 bands in IELTS to study Masters in Canada. It is not possible to get admission with 5 bands.

You can apply, check university's websites for admission requirements and application procedure. There is no visa guarantee, it will depend on your overall profile, career plans, interest and overall intention of studying.

Hi Sahil,
If you don't have work experience, you should go for MS management. There are universities accepting fresher for MBA, but not top ranked. You had backlogs, which are not preferred by Canadian officials, so if you don't have a strong profile or work experience, then chances are risky.
Your SOP and LOR will also be considered. You can check:
1. Vancouver Island University.
2. Royal Roads University.
3. Simon Fraser.
4. Lakehead.
5. Concordia University, etc.

Yes, IELTS with good marks in academics. The universities does not require any other tests. GMAT or GRE are usually for the top ones.
