Hi, I don't know your budget but you can check Simon Fraser, Lakehead University, Concordia University, Vancouver Island university, Thompson Rivers University and Mount Royal University. Job prospects will depend on your skills, networking abilities, academic performance, skill shortages, etc.

Hi,
There is no problem as such in distance learning Bachelor's degree if you want to apply for MBA programme outside India. If you qualify the admission process, eligibility and your university is approved from UGC and AIU then you would get the admission.

Hi,
Top International Graduate Scholarships in Canada are:
-Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships
The scholarships are towards a doctoral degree (or combined MA/PhD or MD/PhD) at participating Canadian Universities. The scholarship is worth $50,000 per year for three years.
- University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships
The fellowships are valued at $18,000 for PhD students, or $14,000 for Masters students for a 12-month period.

After completing B.Tech, it is bit difficult to get a job in Canada. You can pursue MS in computer science from there. You need to appear for GRE and TOEFL exam. You need to apply with your GRE and TOEFL score, statement of purpose and letters of recommendation.

For international students, all universities accept a minimum of 6 bands. Even if you find a university or college accepting 5 bands, remember that visa officers might reject your application because they don't consider anything less than 6 or 6.5.
