The university is recognized by UGC, AICTE and many major accreditation bodies.
Before, you apply to any university in Canada or any foreign country, you can contact the university directly and get your degree checked. Every university has specific requirements, so you must always check their websites and email them.

You can prepare for GMAT exam, and then apply for colleges abroad. Good colleges abroad look for prior work experience. So, I would suggest to get a decent job and work for at least 3 years.

You cannot apply for a student visa without an acceptance letter from an university. Talking about your diploma, you must have valid documents proving that you are qualified to apply, a registration certificate won't help. Evidence of funds would also be required.

For Master's degree, you should have minimum 16 years of education and relevant experience of minimum 5 years. For a full time two year course, you would have to spend about Rs.30 lakhs as tuition fee plus other expenses.
If you consider a post-graduate Diploma, they normally cost around Rs.8 lakhs to Rs.10 lakhs of tuition fee plus additional expenses.
