Its better to opt for state universities in Canada, they have a better reputation and also their degrees are valid and accepted globally. You can look for like University of Alberta,

52% is quite low, visa chances are also less. You can try applying but chances are extremely minimal unless you have an extraordinary profile. You can check Australia.

As per better education in mechanical engineering, Germany is the best, but as per PR, Canada is the best place for everyone.

You should opt for Germany as education cost is cheaper in Germany as compared to Canada. You have more job opportunities there particular for mechanical engineering. You need to learn the German language for that. Though Canada is good for Masters but it's more costly as compared to Germany. Canada

Actually, there is no age limit to pursue Masters degree. You just need college admission letter and adequate money to study there and always try to show your keen interest in study that will ease you to get the student VISA.

If it is mentioned in their terms & condition then you have to send the transcript, but you can contact the admission office and say you also wants to send your predicted score.
