A cardiac care technician or technologist is a person who measures how well a patient's heart is functioning through investigations like ECG, Echo, Holter & TMT. Cardiac technologists can gain knowledge in invasive and/or non-invasive cardiovascular procedures. Cardiac care technicians also prepare patients before procedures and provide psychological support to the patient.
