Hello Rahul, I am indeed fascinated by your aim. It's good. But making a weapon is different than selling weapons.
In almost every city, there are shopkeepers who sell weapons & ammunition.
Presently in India, it's only DRDO which is engaged in making weapons. For this, it employs specialists of mechanical stream mainly but along with that, metallurgy specialists also. You need to join DRDO to fulfil your dream.
Your second dream can be achieved by becoming a shopkeeper and selling arms & ammunition.

That's a bit tough case.
If you come from any reserved category, then you can apply for Freeship for which every commission has its own norms. You can visit their webpage and find out the details. And if you come from General Category, then you can go for loan in education category which is provided by almost all the banks. Refer SBI and PNB as your first priority because they allow lower interest rates.
