2. Would my Commerce counterparts have a upper hand over me?
Ans. Yes, they will only if you do not cover it up, there are coaching centers who provide you coaching & believe me anything you do by heart is easy and then you are from Science you will be able to get everything in that crash course or whatever you do to learn. You will get it, also you can use search engines to learn what you missed read books, consult your commerce faculty of school - I am sure they will guide you.
3. If you really want to do a business start looking for opportunities & courses related to that course also ask your friends and others, scratch the search engines. Look for courses and attend the counselling or any sessions that colleges provide.
4. I don't know what business you want to pursue with but as far as I know, I have my own relatives having business and they were Science students, do MBA or just start doing it or do a job after you are done of your graduation. However, graduation in anything is a must. So, try it out.

A lot of career opportunities is available in this field. The career opportunities are available in public as well as in private sector. The public sector jobs includes work in zoological parks, wildlife ranges, corporate having their own plantations for timbering, wildlife research institutes, Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) and its affiliated institutes, wildlife department, forest department, national parks & sanctuaries, forest nurseries. Those holding Bachelors degree in forestry can apply for the Central government through the Indian Forest Service (IFS) examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. You can also apply in the colleges for the post of lecturer.

1) 55% or above marks in aggregate in Home Science B.Sc. (Hons.) in Home Science / B.Sc. (Pass) in Home Science: after (10+2) from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognized by the University of Delhi as equivalent and fulfill other conditions of eligibility.
2) Should have passed any three subjects in the following areas: Fundamentals of Fabric and Apparel Science / Fabric Science / Indian Textile Heritage / Apparel Construction / Applied Textile Design / Dyeing and Printing / Design Concepts / Fashion Design Development / Fashion Studies
PART 2: (FORM B) Candidates seeking admission on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the B.Sc. (Hons) Home Science, the University of Delhi in the year in which admission is sought:
1. 60% or above marks in aggregate in Home Science (Hons.) with specialization in Fabric and Apparel Science
2. B.Sc. (Hons.) in Home Science: Fabric and Apparel Science (3 years course) after (10+2) from Delhi University only.
