If you are in the last year, you can apply for UES entry in both Navy and army, you can give AFCAT for Air Force and other exams. Most importantly you can fill for technical entries for which you are eligible in your 7th semester and after completing degree also. You will get a call for SSB based on overall marks in the academics.

Doing MBA after BCA, according to me, is a good option because by pursuing MBA, you will be studying a lot about management and you already studied and gained sufficient knowledge about IT and Technology from BCA. So, as per my understanding, doing MBA is a good option. Rest is all upon you.
