Best way to learn gaming is to get into a training from a technical institute that offers courses in animation and gaming. To become a game programmer, a degree in computer Science with knowledge of C, C+ and Visual Basic can help. You may enroll in a programming school. Joining an open source programming project online gives you a chance to enhance and showcase your skills. Community sites like CodePlex, BitBucket, GitHub and SourceForge are a few examples.

Diploma in Culinary Arts
Diploma in Hotel Management
and other Diploma craft courses in Culinary. This will be the right and best choice to explore your Chef skills. In the industry to sustain education is not essential only the experience and the skills you put in to explore the Cuisine is needed. The more your experienced the more you get paid. I would emphasizes on you getting a proper course on culinary rather than a hotel management degree.

I suggest engineering is not the best career for the present time, unless you have extreme potential to innovate new things in the field of engineering and you get admission in to creamy layer engineering colleges. The reason is, every year, Lacs of engineers are passing out and the industry has no employment opportunities to intake all engineers.
All the best.
