It is company secretary and not computer secretary. It's taught by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Eligibility-
Foundation Programme -12 pass or equivalent
Executive Programme -Graduation
Professional Programme -Executive Programme.

Yes, you can pursue your career as a lecturer, because they are giving Master degree and they also have a brand name of TATA. But, the main thing is that in a B-school, most of the lecturers are having Ph.D. degree. So, if you can do so, your chances will be much better that before. I think, you got my point.

Securing seat in a particular college depends on the candidates opting for the college. Apply to those colleges, which have good infrastructure and placement and also which you can easily afford to be in.
