You should do LLB which can be done just after 10+2. You have to take Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). You can choose between 5-year integrated course or 3-year graduation of LLB. There are 7 universities which provide law degree. Universities which admit students for the 5-year LL.B course through CLAT are:

Marketing is a field where you get to sell your product to the customer and HR is completely different, where you have to organize your human resource.
