To become a businessman, the first step you have to make is to choose your field of interest. As you choose your interest field, you can go for Bachelor's degree course in management i.e. BBA or BMS. And, after that for post graduate courses i.e. MBA.

It's good that you have thought of doing social work and especially making a career in social work as you have done MBA. You can do Masters in social work via distance or in regular.
