Don't go on its name! If you want to study in a lower surrounding (I. e cheap expenses & quality) then you can definitely join the university. Don't expect any job or good teacher. If you can prepare yourself for the exams all by yourself than surely go for it.

UGC has allowed students to pursue two full-time academic programmes in the same time frame given that class timing for both programmes do not clash with each other. Earlier, UGC had allowed students to pursue one regular and one distance course simultaneously but this development is significant because it now allows students to pursue two full-time degrees together. The Mathematics and Statistics are the important subjects of CS. So this can be tough for you if not studied at 10+2 level.

Yes you can. You can appear for any entrance test for upcoming turn. Firstly you make list of law colleges from where you wish to do law and then plan accordingly. Also some private colleges gives admission on basis of marks. Also you can explore about -
