When there is a technical error at the end of the examination centers, there is no need to pay any fee and the exam will be conducted very soon by the authorities. You give the exam again without paying any fees. Generally, it does not happen, but whenever it does, there is no need to pay any fees for the exam.

Every year, the Board of Secondary Education in Assam conducts the High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLC).
