As you have studied Biology in +2 along with Science. You have a good option to go for Engineering or Medical stream. Just analyse which are your strong subjects and accordingly choose the field of specialisation for Bachelors.

Think about the purpose of your life. Once you get a clear vision, start researching on how to get to that position and what is required.
