First of all, do not panic, it happens do not focus on what you have done so far, just focus on your present, There is no set rules for a successful career but a list of things you can do that successful people used to do
Wake up early in the morning
Go for a walk or do some exercises
study your subjects, in the morning your concentration will be high so u would be able to study
if u want to do something for your family financially so just focus on your studies. U can also prepare for banking, railway and other government exams. Be confident, focused and persistent in your studies

Law is one of the popular career choice now a days. A degree in law not only lets you practice, as a lawyer in the courts, but it also opens your career options in the sector like corporate management, legal services and administrative services, defense, Tax, department. After having three years law programme. There are many options you can opt:
You can apply for AIBE exam to practice legal profession in India, or you can apply for Indian judicial Services Exam (IJS) exam to become a Judge. If you are interested to be a professor then you can go for LLM after that Ph.D. All the best.

In terms of placements both of these colleges are same. They are affiliated with the same universities too which is Chaudhary Charan Singh University. So, I would recommend you to start working on your skills on your own because no matter how the reputation of the college. The companies will only select a best candidate for their organization.
