Definitely opt for English in the present circumstances. Mass communication can be acquired simultaneously, along with it.

Hi,
Getting an initial start is always tough, try updating your resume in various job portals. If you can get CCNA certified then it will boost your chances of being hired. As you are in Pune, it will be quite easy to get in since Pune is becoming an IT Hub now. Various companies have their data center & network operation over there. Keep checking websites of Network / ISP organisations. Openings keep coming every now and then. There is no easier trick as such, except good amount of referral sources in different company.

Hello Adinath,
Both the career options have their own benefits so you have to decide in which of them you are interested. However, I will prefer engineering because of the exposure and better career opportunities.

Hi,, you should then without doubt go for B.A. Journalism(H). You may also consider mass communication as a second option and apply for it too. Mass Communication is a more broad and wide field in which the field of journalism comes. But since you are very clear about just journalism, go for B.A. Journalism (H) and focus in this field only by studying in detail.

You chances of cracking medical entrance examination are definitely higher after B.Sc. You are advised to apply for medical entrance exams to fulfill your dream of becoming a doctor. However, if you do not make it to medical now, you may revisit your decision and opt for an alternate career option.
