Getting an initial start is always tough, try updating your resume in various job portals. If you can get CCNA certified then it will boost your chances of being hired. As you are in Pune, it will be quite easy to get in since Pune is becoming an IT Hub now. Various companies have their data center & network operation over there. Keep checking websites of Network / ISP organisations. Openings keep coming every now and then. There is no easier trick as such, except good amount of referral sources in different company.

As tech and finance industries are major growth areas in this global world, so it's better for you to do courses such as FINTECH, Business Analytics or Data Science.

B.Tech is good but if you perform better in academics. But scope after B.Sc from DU is good at present. So, it only depends on your capability which branch will you select. Best of luck.

An M.Sc degree holder can work in various fields like education, defense, public sector, automotive and aerospace industries, healthcare, materials, technology, computing, energy and information technology. You can do B.Sc in chemistry or you can directly apply for B.Sc in forensic science.

You chances of cracking medical entrance examination are definitely higher after B.Sc. You are advised to apply for medical entrance exams to fulfill your dream of becoming a doctor. However, if you do not make it to medical now, you may revisit your decision and opt for an alternate career option.
