It's how you plan your retirement. If you want to become a professor, then sure LLM would be best. And, if you are happy and satisfied with what you are doing now, then its won't make much difference.

The course doesn't seem to exist through distance/correspondence learning. There are only regular colleges for this course.

It doesn't make much of a difference between the two. To be an executive chef, you need to have the skill, talent and also experience. Whichever you finish, you have to get into a management training programme.
