Candidates are shortlisted by the university for the following round depending on their results on the admission exam. Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) are extended invitations to the shortlisted candidates. Your critical thinking, cooperation, and communication skills are evaluated by the GD.The PI evaluates your general personality fit for the programme, motivation, knowledge of the selected specialisation, and career aspirations.Your total performance on the entrance examinations, GD, and PI determines who gets chosen in the end.

5. Final Selection: Based on the performance in the GD and PI rounds, GLIM selects candidates for admission to the EMBA program. The minimum CAT score required for admission to the EMBA programme at GLIM is not fixed and may vary from year to year based on various factors such as the number of applicants and the overall profile of the shortlisted candidates.

 However, GLIM typically looks for candidates with a CAT score of 70 percentile or higher for admission to its EMBA program. It is essential to note that while CAT scores are an essential factor in the selection process, they are not the only factor considered by GLIM.
