The CLAT Exam is a test of one's aptitude and reasoning abilities. It comprises of five sections namely: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Legal Aptitude. Each question carries 1 mark and for every incorrect attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The Mathematics section of the offline national-level law entrance exam will basically have elementary numerical ability questions of Class 10th standard carrying 20 marks. As per the past years' trend, 10th marks above 70% are good enough for this college for Diploma in Automobile Engineering for general category candidates.

Try to score as high as possible in CAT if you really want to do an MBA. That should be the first step. It is not impossible but would be difficult considering 12th and graduation marks. But if an MBA is the way ahead, first focus on CAT and leave this aside.

Yes, you can get admission in Diploma courses on the basis of 10th from NIOS. Because NIOS courses are valid at par with education boards courses.
