No, you can't get admission in MBA like this. You must pass class 12th, graduation and give an entrance test for MBA like CAT or MAT to get into a college. Only a few colleges in India don't conduct an entrance test for MBA. They are below average and very poor colleges. Rest all colleges conduct some exam. And yes, Graduation is must. You must have a degree in any field. Anyone can do MBA.

Yes, now that you have a BTech degree you are definitely eligible to seek admission in the management college offering MBA even if you have obtained admission for engineering via lateral mode. This is so since admission in 1st year and directly in 2nd are pari-passu with normal engineering course and hence you are equally eligible for admission in any stream of knowledge where graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria.

To get into IIT, you need to first clear IIT -Mains, students clearing Mains are eligible for IIT-Advanced. Those who clear Advanced exam finally get into IITs. Its mandatory to clear Mains and Advanced to get into IITs. After 10th, you can start preparing for IITs by self or enroll into a good coaching institute.

You should prefer the university or institute which offers you good placements, good practical and industrial exposure and should have good infrastructure. There are different institutes and universities which offer such courses are Lovely Professional University, Birla Institute of Technology, KIIT University, Jaipur National University and a few others.
