You can basically pursue it after 12. For this, you must choose PCM in 11. You can opt for any degree course in Mass communication.

Go for management degree. Just choose BBA-MBA they both are management degree. Look for placement then try to start your own business. You can choose any stream in 11. It is not compulsory to choose PCM or commerce. It depend on you that in which you feel comfortable.

To get into IIM, you need to write CAT exam. After CAT, if you get the eligible percentile to get into IIM then you have to face a personal interview in any of the prescribed IIM from your choice based on the marks. Sometimes, even you get 100 percentile in CAT, you may not get an IIM, all you need to do is maintain sounding academic background with good communication skills. This would certainly help in shortlisting you.

Cannot really comment since the admission in PGDM program greatly depends on your performance in the GD/PI. GD/PI carry more equal weightage in determining whether you will secure the admission. You can go ahead and apply since the last date for application is extended to April 20, 2018. All the best.
