Your profile seems quite decent to me. With a really good CAT score you should be able to get a call and from there it would depend on the interview. By the way, you didn't mention your graduation college, because that would also make a difference. Do also look at XLRI and FMS, I feel you would find the experience better for your background.

A PGD is post graduate level course. You can do this only if you have a Bachelor's degree. A Diploma is not a Bachelor's degree. You can apply for Bachelor's degree programs in Canada provided you have very good academics and a strong profile. You can study PGD after completing your Bachelors.

Can I get entry in Indian army or AIR force after 10th? Yes, you can join Indian army or Air force after completing Matriculation. All the courses are job oriented. It depends on your effort. You can basically choose from science, arts, commerce for +2 or go for a Diploma. You could choose to go for say engineering, medical, research, if you take Science. You can try for CA if you are into commerce. Bank management and law aren't bad either. Know that if you are determined and dedicated to whatever you choose, you will be rewarded. Choose what you are passionate about or at least what you will enjoy doing.
