You cannot apply directly for B.Tech after your 10th. Either you should have completed your class 12th Science or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with required marks to get into a college for B.Tech in Automobile Engineering.

If you are in class 11th, then you not only require class 10th knowledge, but you need to also have basic knowledge of class 7th, class 8th, class 9th, then you can perform well in your exams.

Hello Aditya,
No, 10th or 12th class marks are not considered during admission into MIT. All you need to do is to take some tests.
1) The SAT or ACT, as well as two SAT subject tests, one in Math ( level 1or 2 ) one in Science (physics or chemistry or biology).
2) The TOEFL (MIT does not accept IELTS as well as two SAT subject tests, one in maths (level 1or 2) one in science (physics, chemistry and biology). This is especially recommended who do not speak English at home or in school, or who have been speaking English for fewer than five years.

Not any graduation course. But you can take admission in related graduation course in 2nd year directly in most of the Institute.

Usually, it is of 3 years after which you can get direct entry in the 2nd year of a graduation course. If you want to go for architecture, B.Arch is for you. You can pass your +2 and then through JEE Mains, you can get a seat in IITs or NITs for B.Arch.

Direct entry scheme is not applicable for IITs and NITs.

You can choose any stream as UPSC only asks you to be a graduate, might it be in any stream of your choice, but if your goal is straight and you only want to become an IAS officer, you can prefer humanities and do BA. Along with it, you can start preparing for IAS.

Yes, you can appear for IIT-JEE examination after the completion Diploma of engineering or in the last year of Diploma. Through this examination you will be able to take admission in IIT in first year of engineering like a 12th pass students. You can choose any branch of engineering irrespective of your branch of engineering in Diploma. But it will be better for you if you choose the branch in IIT related to your branch in Diploma.
